With the data on the above matters, every year “Talent Management Conclusion Report” prepared regularly every year by departments and throughout the company is created.

After the Talent Management works, for each family member working for Sertrans;

  • Required support for attaining his/her objectives is determined and required resources are created.
  • Strengths and development areas of each employee is determined individually on the basis of “Sertrans Competencies”.
  • “Personal” and “Professional” Development Plan is created for each employee, Training and Development budgets are prepared for the next year, and the developments are monitored closely by assigning Coaches/Mentors.
  • Our employees are positioned within Sertrans Talent Map, and Skill Pool is created. Sertrans applies special development plans for its employees within the “Skill Pool”, and new career plans are created by providing promotion opportunities.
Our employees are informed on all works and results of Talent Management, and they are allowed to position themselves within the company.
